Abstract

In the spring of 2024, 36 staff members from the National and University Library of Iceland went on a study trip to Helsinki. The aim of the trip was to learn about the operations and practices of similar libraries in Helsinki, explore innovations, technological solutions, and library facilities, seek inspiration and good ideas, and cultivate a network of contacts with international colleagues.
