The Reykjavík City Library branches in Kringlan and Sólheimar have long been popular among readers, students, and those interested in culture and education. Recently, extended access has been introduced at the libraries, meaning they are open outside regular hours and without staff present. This arrangement can offer many opportunities but also certain challenges.
